Create a book cover for the classic novel One Hundred Years of Solitude that includes at least one handmade element. Student work.

The Solution.

Drawing inspiration from magical realism and Colombia’s bountiful flora and fauna, this design uses suspended, hand-cut paper butterflies to portray a sense of surrealistic beauty.
